Raj Mathur, at Saanjha Chula was having some serious fun at the expense of waiters and some of us :P. The waiters were apparently new or some such and were doing a mess of a job. So when the dinner ends, the waiter brings finger bowls. Raj returns it 3 times :O because it was not warm enough. Third time the waiter actually dipped his finger in the bowl to check if it was warm or not. Raj was not exactly pleased with that and told him not to do that with rest of the bowls. ( I don't want to tell you people about his telephonic conversation with Kartik Mistry :)

It was hilarious that the waiters couldnot remember the number and number of types of fresh lime soda we were ordering. Sudev Brar was slightly miffed, I think ;)

I saw Swati and Tarique just before Shawn's talk. Went upto them to say hello -

Me : Hi
Them : Hey.
T  : You have come alone?
Me : Nopes, many from lug-bom is here. I am sitting with them over there.
T  : Errr? I am not talking about lug-bom. Where's your wife?
Me : (puzzled) uhm? which wife? I don't have any?
T  : I read on some mailing list that you got married and her name starts with 'K'.
Me : LOL, never believe in rumours, you know ;)

After my talk, I saw Swati sitting near one of the halls ( near School of Social Sciences ). Apparently she was searching for Tarique. I said, if I see him, I will ping him. Sometime later, I am chatting with Barkha and Anurag, Swati comes and asks me if I had seen Tarique. I hadn't, so she went looking for her. Around lunch time, I see both of them together -

Me : so you found Tarique, eh?
S  : I found him 13 years back *grin*

I finally was able to meet Piyush Verma for KDE SoC fame and could give him his coveted KDE cap. Meeting Anant Narayan (KillerX) was awesome too. Sudev Brar's driving rocks! He was taking some awesome turns and then explained us the mechanics and physics behind it. Apparently,he is a rally driver or such.

Loved the JNU campus, Anurag will post some pictures soonish, I hope.

It was a place where there was lots of fun, lots to know, lots to learn ...
